Dr. Boaz Segal

Boaz Segal serves as the Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs of Sapir’s Law School, with a Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research and teaching focus on tort law, administrative law, regulatory law, the State in private law, and regulatory negligence. Over the past decade, he has explored the intersection of tort law and administrative law, developing new insights into how these legal regimes interact to shape public policy and institutional behavior.

Dr. Segal is also a prolific author, with three novels: “A Woman and Four Lands” (Hebrew, 2007), “Love in Law” (Hebrew, 2021), and “Libi Reads a Horoscope” (Hebrew, 2025), blending his passions for literature and law.
