Dr. David Abudram
Dr. David Abudram is a distinguished educator and leadership expert with over 38 years of experience in shaping educational and organizational excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, as well as a Master’s and Doctorate in Education. His expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including group facilitation, emotional regulation for children with ADHD, stress management, and biofeedback.
Dr. Abudram has held key leadership roles, including serving as the director of a boarding school and training center, as well as a high school principal. He is also deeply committed to shaping the next generation of educational leaders. He trains teachers and administrators, mentors new school principals, and works with seasoned school leaders to revitalize and strengthen their institutions. His expertise also extends to military leadership, where he delivers high-impact lectures to IDF combat commanders at Bahad 1, the IDF Officers School, as well as the Tactical Command College (MALTAC), elite units, the Combat School, and the Armored Corps School. Through dynamic workshops tailored for managers, educators, and military officers, he equips leaders with the strategies, resilience, and vision needed to navigate complex challenges and inspire excellence.
