Born in the former Soviet Union, he now lives in Israel, where he served in a military combat unit, further shaping his determination. With an "either it works or it doesn’t" mindset, he has spent over 20 years separating the wheat from the chaff in the health world. He studied biomedical engineering and behavioral neuroscience, earning a PhD for his mathematical analysis of aging and evolution.
