Author Yotam Vardi was born and raised in Kibbutz Yagur in Israel, where he went to and graduated high school. He served in the IDF and volunteered in Malkia on the Lebanese border, after which he studied P.E. at Wingate academy for Physical Education, and taught P.E. for 20 years. He’s been teaching the Paula Method since 1984.

Ever since he retired, Yotam lessened his work hours, but even at age 84 he is still working and treating those who need his help.
