Noga Kainan serves as the chairperson of the IEL and CFO Forums, two associations of senior executives of Israel’s leading corporations. She is a member of managerial and nomination committees in Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office.

Kainan also served as a member of boards in leading companies and organizations. She is the founder of an NGO which aims to increase integration of Autistic student in Universities. Kainan holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
