Erez Bahar is a senior faculty member at the HiT Design Faculty, visual communications department and founder of its senior project program, Founder of the strategic design house goodco. (est. 2005) and co-founder of EatWith.com, a home dining online marketplace established in Tel-Aviv.

Bahar spent six years as a creative and art director in Madison Ave. adverting agencies whose projects were celebrated in The New York Times, Advertising Age, Brand Age, and more. He spent four additional years as the art supervisor at Leo Burnett Tel-Aviv.

Bahar is a USA Silver Effie recipient and several Israeli Gold and Silver Cactus awards for advertising and brand design works.

Bahar is a BFA graduate of F.I.T, the Fashion Institute Technology in New York, and the recipient of its Design Faculty Medal of Honor. He is also the winner of The New York Art Director Club Student award.

Bahar was born in Jerusalem and raised in New York. Today he resides, works, and prospers in Tel-Aviv to wherever design and riddles takes.
