Dr. Varda Silberberg is the founder of the Ziv Institute for Organizational Development, specializing in organizational development, strategy, culture, and ethics. Dr. Silberberg is a senior psychologist and consultant with vast experience driving organizational change and growth projects in major corporations and unique companies in and outside Israel. She completed her dissertation on organizational ethics and has taught numerous courses on organizational psychology in academic institutions. Dr. Silberberg has developed and headed several graduate programs and has trained and supervised many generations of organizational consultants in Israel.
