Adi Zusman RD, B.Sc, MBA is a nutritionist, therapist, lecturer, health coach, and teacher.

Born in Moscow to two medical scientist parents, Zusman immigrated to Israel at age 14. After treating her own digestive disorders, she turned the healing process into a career and became a clinical dietitian. She graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, studied Chinese medicine, and specialized in health coaching and emotional eating disorders.

Today, Zusman spearheads the innovative field of Integrative Gastroenterology, combining modern medicine with dietary traditions and mind-body healing. She established a school for dietary professionals, which later became the basis of her groundbreaking book, You Gut This.
