Fraidy Margalit
Fraidy Margalit was born and raised in an ultra-Orthodox family in Jerusalem, part of the Hasidic Gur community. As a young adult, she became highly successful in the world of real estate. However, life took an unexpected turn in 2010 when her younger brother, Chaim El-Azar, died of cancer at the tender age of 14. After Chaim’s passing, Fraidy set out on a mission to explore the world of conscious awareness. Following an in-depth period of research and practical experience, Fraidy developed Metaism, an advanced methodology of learning and understanding human consciousness based on Jewish thought, ancient philosophy, and scientific theory. Together with her partner, Elimor Henig, Fraidy founded Meta: The Consciousness Development Association, which promotes the study and practice of conscious awareness and makes it accessible to the general public.
