Ohad Maoz

Ohad Maoz is an organizational and sports psychologist, widely recognized as one of the pioneers of sports psychology in Israel. He is the founder and owner of Mental Jump, the country’s leading consultancy firm for athletes and sports teams.

Over the course of four decades, Maoz has worked with top-performing individuals and teams across both sports and business. He served as the psychologist for Israel’s first two Olympic medalists at the 1992 Barcelona Games and later established and led the mental performance division of the Israeli Olympic Committee during the Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, and Paris 2024 Olympics.

Beyond athletics, Maoz has been a trusted advisor to CEOs of some of Israel’s largest corporations. His international experience includes work with Israel’s national football and volleyball teams, England’s national rugby team, the French rally champion, and numerous professional teams in Israel’s Premier Leagues of football, basketball, and volleyball, as well as elite individual athletes in a wide range of disciplines.
