Edna Kaplan-Hagler is a Deputy President (retired) of the Tel-Aviv District Court and lecturer who attended some of the most prestigious faculties in the world—including Sorbonne, Fordham, and Boston University. Throughout her career, she was a Special Representative for the Jewish Agency and the Israel Bonds in North America.

 

Kaplan-Hagler is also a published author of children’s books. Her first translated children’s novel, Anty and the Great Escape, was published in 2024.

She lives in Israel with her daughters and grandchildren
