Forced Silence
When past and present merge through a single secret, one little girl becomes the victim of circumstances.
When Galia, a talented journalist and successful businesswoman, covered an extreme-right wing demonstration, she happened upon a great secret which had enveloped her life ever since her childhood. Now, five years later, when a mysterious woman enters a restaurant and attempts to assassinate a senior Minister, Galia’s secret begins haunting her.
Shir, her young daughter, is kidnapped, becoming the bargaining chip in a plan to escape justice. For fear of her daughter’s life, Galia chooses not to tell what she knows to her husband, Doron, a high-ranking police officer.
Doron, however, who knows her better than anyone else in the world, realizes that Galia is keeping something incredibly significant from him. He doesn’t yet know what it is, but he’s determined to find out. The closer he gets to the truth, the greater the danger to his daughter’s life – and this time, he may have missed his final opportunity.
