Yosef was born in Israel. He had difficulties in school, being kicked out of the sixth and ninth grades, until finally he dropped out of high school altogether.

Yet, he never stopped discussing the subject of reality with GOD. For example, at around ten years old, he would have to walk about a mile to school. During those walks he would argue with GOD, positing: If you are omnipotent, how about making this a downhill hike in both directions. Of course, that wish was never fulfilled. Indeed, there is ample reason for such a request being denied.

By age 24, Yosef completed a one-year preparatory course to qualify for university, kind of a second chance for those who struggled to graduate high school.

When Yosef filled out the university entrance form about the subject he was most interested in studying, it was a magic moment. His hand moved, as if guided by an external force, toward mathematics.

By 32, Yosef received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Technion (IIT). Subsequently, he spent two years completing a post-doc in the Electrical Engineering department. In 1992, he spent the summer at Siegen University in Germany, and in 1993 he spent one year as a visiting professor at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Yosef has published scientific papers and patents in the area of wavelets, signal and image processing, brain quantum neural networks, and medical devices.

In 1994, he founded Oplus Technology Ltd., developing microchips for the flat-screen television industry. In 2005, Oplus was acquired by Intel.

Over the course of 2002-04, he spent two years in Shanghai. In April of 2004, he started a new initiative called Cnoga Medical Ltd., developing disruptive non-invasive blood monitoring technology.

In 1994, while Yosef was driving his car, a pillar of light split his consciousness into two distinct parts. One part (awareness), continued driving the car; the other part (pure consciousness), had no physical body. In that moment, he found himself sitting in front of three entities, all while fully aware. “What do you wish to know?” one of the aliens asked him. The book Journey into the Void (recently published on Amazon) is a summary of the wonderful ensuing dialogue with these alien entities.

Yosef chose to be an entrepreneur in life, introducing and developing new products and ideas up until late 2019. In January of 2020, however, there came a turning point that marked the beginning of a new journey toward a new world. On this journey, Earth will become a member of the “Galactical Federation.”

This journey will evolve into new extraterrestrial events set to occur in 2027, 2032, and 2051—until a full merger with the Galactical Federation in 2078.

Throughout Yosef’s journey, he visually met with the Arcturians. This occurred in 1994, 1995, again in 2020, and in subsequent years as well. Yosef visited their planet and met its inhabitants, who told him his Arcturian name was NOK.

The new Earth shall become aware of the one, timeless, non-dimensional and complete metaphysical space. Being actively aware means controlling out-of-body experiences in full awareness—physically and metaphysically.

We will understand that all physical objects, including living organs (in humans), have timeless and spaceless waveform frequencies representations, such as the Fourier representation. This will help humanity figure out how to build stargates and food replicators while improving visual-audio telepathic communication.

We shall meet other species—extraordinary entities with strong telepathic ability that can control matter in universes. We shall understand that matter is a metaphysical characteristic of attraction and that complementary matter has characteristics of anti-attraction (repulsion).

Humanity shall understand the time has come to promote a new vision to the world, one that expands consciousness beyond physical limitations. Hence, we will be able to build zero-bubble gravity for spaceship travel between stars, galaxies and universes—as described in Yosef’s latest book Void To Life (published on Amazon).
