Mishka Ben-David
Mishka Ben-David is a former high-ranking Mossad Officer and the award-winning, bestselling author of acclaimed espionage thrillers such as Duet in Beirut, Forbidden Love in St. Petersburg, Final Stop, Algiers, and The Beluga File, all based on his twelve-year tenure inside the Israeli Mossad.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben-David wrote his doctorate on Israeli war novels of the 1950s. In 2003, he was awarded the Prime Minister’s Prize for Hebrew Literary Works.
He was also a principal at the Israel Arts and Science Academy and a university lecturer. He owned a horseback riding farm in the Jerusalem mountains, where he resides with his family.
